This project began with a simple request: to create molds capable of supporting the precise gestures and high standards of a great pastry chef.
Together with Mathieu Blandin, we developed a tool designed for real-world use: easy to handle, consistent in its results, capable of ensuring regular and reproducible weight control over time, all while offering long-lasting durability.
We offer frames that allow biscuits to be spread with precision, as well as dedicated cutting rulers designed to ensure consistent and perfectly calibrated results.
This approach is one we bring to each and every one of you.
