Reverse Engineering and Refurbishment of a Blade Guide for SOLEMA

As part of this project, we produced a blade guide for SOLEMA, designed for an automatic cabbage slicing machine.
Our work included:

Reverse engineering of the existing blade guide, including technical drawings and 3D modeling.

Manufacturing of a new assembly.

Refurbishment of the original blade guide.
When designing the new assembly, we took into account the customer's feedback based on the original equipment. We also selected a material better suited to food-processing environments.
To meet SOLEMA's operational constraints, we carried out the work during a machine shutdown that was scheduled at short notice, helping to secure production through a responsive, customer-focused approach.
Our work went beyond simply replacing worn components. The original blade guide was fully refurbished, including the complete restoration of the stainless-steel support.
