Giving Young People a Second Chance Through l'École de Production
At APC-MILPASS, we believe in every young person’s ability to integrate and show their best, even after leaving school too early. That’s why we support the School of Production (ICAM), which is designed to train young people who are behind their peers in terms of schooling.
l'École de Production (ICAM) enables these young individuals to earn a vocational diploma (CAP) in technical fields (machining, electricity) through hands-on, practical projects, while addressing their academic delays. Supported by experienced trainers, they acquire professional skills, regain confidence in themselves, and feel hopeful about their future.
We are convinced that providing practical training in a structured environment can transform the paths of these young people. By offering them this opportunity, the School of Production paves the way for a promising future and new professional opportunities.
